Notice: You must show your membership card at our main gate. If you’re unable to provide proof of membership, you will be charged our non-member gate fee. This fee is non-refundable. In order to avoid this fee, it’s suggested that you send in your form/payment by July 15th, 2013. This will give us time to get your NYSEA membership cards back to you in the mail. Thank you so much!
Meetings
Our meetings are held the last Sunday of each month, starting with dinner at 12:30 with the meeting following that. Bring a dish to pass and table service. Coffee will be provided by the club.
January to April – Meetings at Hopewell Center Fire Department
May to June – Meetings at NYSEA Grounds
July to September – No Meetings
October – Threshermen’s Dinner (Reservations Only)
November – Christmas Party (Location TBA)
December – No Meeting
