Tractor Pull Rules
  1. ALL PULLERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP CARD TO PULL.

  2. Tractors must be 1956 or older, field stock (NO ENHANCED ENGINES). They must have a pulley or PTO to check RPMs. RPMs are not to exceed factory stock to include 10% margin of error and will be randomly checked
    a. Tractors must pull in LOW GEAR

  3. Maximum tire size for row crop: 2800-5500 classes, 13.6; 6500 and 7500, 15.5 and maximum for standard tread, 18.4; no radials, no altered tires.
    a. Absolutely no sharp tires.
    b. Steel wheel tractors can pull in exposition only at the end of weight class.

  4. ALL tractors must be lined up in staging area in order of the draw, at start of that class pull. No sign ups after the class starts.

  5. ALL PULLERS MUST IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO SCALES AFTER PULLING FOR RE-WEIGH – FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

  6. Maximum draw-bar height is 19 inches, and is to be a minimum of 20 inches from center of rear axle to center of hole in draw bar. Wheelie bars are recommended.

  7. Driver must remain seated at all times. NO BOUNCING on the seat or driver will be disqualified. The front of the tractor can not exceed 24 inches off the ground. You will be flagged, you will stop. If not you will be disqualified and will not participate in the rest of the pulls.

  8. ONLY OPERATORS AND OFFICIALS ARE ALLOWED ON TRACK The only mandatory exception is that an adult accompanies operators under 16, however they cannot assist the operator, they are only there for support and instructions on the tractor. This also applies to operators who are not used to the tractor.

  9. Classes are divided up into 6 classes they are #2800, 3500, 4500, 5500, 6500 and 7500. The tractor can only be entered once and only one time that night in whichever class it is entered. Steel wheel tractors can pull in exposition only at end of the class.

  10. All weights must be properly secured to tractor. No weight or weight bar beyond the foremost point of tractor, excluding crank. If a weight or object should fall from tractor any time while on the track, the tractor is automatically disqualified. Rear wheel weight brackets can not reach over 5" beyond weights in that class.

  11. An operator has the option to stop sled before the 50 ft. mark to make adjustments to tractor or weights if an obvious problem should occur. A restart from beginning point will be allowed.

  12. First puller in each class has the option of taking their first pull or to re-pull in the third position. The second pull distance will be the official recorded distance. First pull will be voided.

  13. ALL TRACTORS PARTICIPATING IN PULLS ARE TO BE ON DISPLAY IN THE TRACTOR OR PULL AREA BY NOON FRIDAY OF THE SHOW.

  14. Awards will be given after each weight class. Driver and tractor will be required to come to track to receive award.

  15. Tractor operators must act in a SPORTSMAN like manner. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
    Any tractor or driver found to be unsafe or illegal will be disqualified or barred from pulling. Un-sportsman like actions or foul language from workers, pullers or spectators will not be tolerated.

  16. Track officials will discuss and clarify any question about the rules that you may have. If there is a problem due to an oversight, it will be discussed and acted upon by the officials and their say is FINAL.
